The Premium Front Bumper is an
improved version of AEV's original stamped steel JK Front
Bumper.
While visually nearly
identical to the original, the Premium Bumper offers a much
faster and easier installation along with tire clearance for up
to 37" and improved access to the winch.
AEV's Premium Front Bumper is now sold without a standard Winch
Mount for those who want to run the bumper without a winch or
want to upgrade to a winch at a later date. To improve the
installation, the bumper now includes new crush cans already
welded to the bumper, improved access to every nut and bolt and
flagnuts in key areas.
When used with the optional Winch Mount, this bumper fits Warn
winches up to 9500lbs (will not fit Power Plant winches). The
included Tow Loops work with standard shackles for off-road
recovery.
As with all AEV Bumpers, the construction is heavy gauge steel
and unlike other aftermarket products, has AEV's unique triple
stage coating process of E-coat, zinc-rich primer, and a top
coat of durable textured black powder coating.

AEV's Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier system
provides robust protection against highway and trail impacts,
and includes a strong, vibration-free and effortless means for
carrying tires of up to 40" in diameter. The Rear Bumper and
Tire Carrier deliver a long list of trail-friendly features,
among those features is a unique, built-in fluid carrying system
that conveniently carries nearly five gallons of liquid.

Both the Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier are
designed so that either component can be installed and used
individually, or they can be used together as a complete system.
