The DANA 35 is well known for weak, undersized 27 spline axles. These are the smallest axles available in any popular 4WD.

They break far too often, leaving you stranded. The ring & pinion gears, however, seem to hold up well in applications up to 35" tires. So we developed a solution for most Jeep owners: The Super 35 Kit.

This kit UPGRADES the axles to 30 SPLINE! It comes complete with a locking differential ( NOW a Detroit Locker!!), bearings, shims and studs.

When installing  this kit, we recommend welding the axle tubes into the cast iron housing. ~ Sam
