For your protection, any information you give to us will be handled in the
strictest most secure manner possible. We will not sell, rent, disclose,
loan, or reuse any information you give to us in any way you have not
consented too.
We keep the highest level of anti-fraud systems in place to secure and
protect your purchasing and personal information. Sensitive information is
collected and kept in secure encrypted forms. The latest technology and
monitoring systems are in place to protect your transactions, purchases, and
information.
Still not sure? Check your browser address window when you go into our
shopping cart. The cart address begins with "ssl" indicating encrypted
security in session. We have not a single problem with cart security since
this online store opened in 1998.
Shipping
We strive to ship within 2 to 3 days but due to the specialty of our
products it sometimes takes a little longer. Please allow 10 to 14 days for
shipping. Sams Offroad Equipment is a small specialized company, we build,
fabricate and box some of our products. We are not a manu-packer. We
recommend that you have all of the products received before tearing down
your vehicle. Custom orders may take longer.
Ground Shipping
UPS is normally the fastest and least expensive method of shipping. UPS
offers regular ground service, next day and second day service in the
continental U.S. and parts of Alaska, Canada and Hawaii. Make sure we have
your correct street address and zip code to eliminate delays or undelivered
merchandise. We are happy to offer a UPS tracking number within 48
hours after your order has left in most cases.
Express Shipping
One day, Two day and express shipping are available in addition to our
regular ground shipping. This form of shipping is more expensive. UPS, Fed
Ex, and DHL are offered.
Foreign Shipping
Please select an export company of your choosing, as orders to foreign
destinations will be shipped to a point within the continental United States
only. You must also allow additional time for customs when applicable.
Customer is liable for all taxes and duties. We do not accept credit cards
from over seas but will except a bank wire transfer.
Truck Freight Shipping
All merchandise too large for UPS shipment will be sent via truck freight.
Freight charges will be prepaid by customer prior to shipping. Truck freight
can only be delivered to a commercial address, or will be shipped "Hold at
Dock" if you prefer.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise
Please check your order upon receipt. Sams Offroad Equipment is not
responsible for missing items if we are not notified within 10 working days
of receipt. Merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier
for claim. We will be happy to assist you by furnishing any information
necessary for claims that may arise.
Returns and Exchanges
Permission must be obtained from Sams Offroad Equipment prior to returning
merchandise for exchange or credit. All unauthorized returns will not be
accepted. Exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of your date of
purchase. It takes time and manpower to process orders, package, insure and
ship parts. Additional time is required to receive, inventory, restock and
issue refunds. These operations cost money. To offset the direct cost of
handling returned merchandise that has been correctly sent by Sams Offroad
Equipment, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. No returns
are offered on special orders. no refunds on freight charges
Limited Warranty
Sam's Offroad products such as Custom Axles, Traction Bar, CJ Steering Gear
Box Bracket, Offroad Fuel Tanks are warranted to be free from material and
workmanship defects for one year to the original purchaser that owns the
vehicle. This warranty is null and void on any product that has been misused
or abused. Sam's Offroad limit of liability under this warranty is to repair
or replace the defective product. Cost such as labor fees, loss of use, loss
of time and freight charges are not covered. If you think you have a
defective product, contact us for a return authorization.

If asked for technical advice, Sam's Offroad Equipment Inc. endeavors to
give each customer advice that represents our best judgment under the
circumstances. Sam's Offroad Equipment Inc. does not warrant this advice,
nor does Sam's Offroad Equipment Inc. warrant that its products are fit for
any particular purpose. Products are sold "AS IS" and used at customer's
sole risk.
