1.    Purchase a qualifying Rancho product purchase (referenced above) and get a Rancho Debit Card for the dollar amount specified next to the qualifying purchase. Offer does not include installation/labor costs or taxes and offer is good only on qualifying products (see below for list of qualifying products). Offer valid on purchases made
between March 1 – August 31, 2010. Upon fulfilling the requirements below, Tenneco will send you a Rancho Debit
Card for the specified debit card value.
2.    You must submit the following  items to receive your Debit Card:
a. Authentic dated sales receipt copy (copy or original) with business identification  verifying the purchase of the qualifying product. Product part number must be identified on the sales receipt. Offer does not apply to transactions when product is being replaced under warranty.
b. This form, filled out completely and legibly. Visibly altered document will not be honored.
3.    Send this completed form and required proof-of-purchase (dated sales receipt) to the address indicated  below. Requests must be postmarked by October 1, 2010. Tenneco is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail and all proofs-of-purchase become the property of Tenneco and will not be returned. Please retain copies for your files.
4.   Offer good only in the U.S.A. at participating  locations. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing from receipt of redemption form and all required proof-of-purchase. This promotion is prohibited for persons under the age of 18 residing in the state of Maine.
